Road work, new subdivisions and large construction, grouped by area of the county. Each entry says what it is, who is building it, its status and the record it came from.
Facts from public records: what, where, who and status. It says nothing about what any project will do to property values, and nobody can promise a schedule. Included: road and drainage projects, new subdivisions, the casino resort, a recreation lease and new construction filed at $5 million or more. Projects whose filed completion date is more than a year past are left out until someone confirms them. Everything else is on What’s Coming.
