Rentals
Places to live in Polk County, let by the month. Every listing shows the rent and when it was last confirmed. Free to list, free to browse.
Long-term only. Apartments, houses, duplexes and mobile homes rented by the month. Holiday lets belong on Vrbo or Airbnb and are turned away here — somebody looking for somewhere to live should not have to wade through lake cabins.
The rent is always shown. A listing that says “call for pricing” is not published. It is the first thing anybody filters on, and leaving it out wastes the reader’s time and the landlord’s.
- See the property and meet the person. Never rent sight unseen.
- Never wire money, send gift cards or pay a deposit before a viewing.
- A rent well below everything else on this page, from somebody who cannot meet you, is the oldest rental scam there is.
- PolkTX does not take applications, hold deposits or handle any money. Every listing here is between you and the landlord.
Nothing listed right now
No landlord has a place listed at the moment. This page shows nothing rather than showing something out of date.
Got a place to rent?
Listing is free. We ask for the rent and at least one photograph, and we ask you to confirm every 30 days that it is still available — that is the whole reason this page is worth reading. A rental listing boost is $25 and pins one listing to the top for 30 days.
