The Lake Life names were checked against the operator's own site 2026-09-07: The Lake Life Companies is the umbrella, and it lists The Lake Life Brewery and The Lake Life Foundation among its brands, on the same phone number as the on-site signage, so these are one business family rather than unrelated parties. Two details from that page are worth keeping straight: the Foundation is described there as a 501(c)(3) non-profit, which is a different legal entity from the for-profit brands, and it is the Foundation that TRA contracted with; and The Lake Life Marina, the name on the signage, is not among the seven brands the site lists, which is consistent with signage reading Coming Soon. NOT VERIFIED: lease term length, rent or other consideration, exact acreage (the release says approximately six), permitted development scope, and opening date. The minutes authorize execution in substantially the form presented; the agreement itself is not reproduced in them and has not been obtained. Board authorization is not proof of execution.
