Send us a photo or flyer

Got a picture of your street on Halloween, or the flyer for your event? Send it here and tell us how we can use it. Two minutes, and you stay in control.

What you are agreeing to

You're letting PolkTX put your photo or flyer on polktx.com and on PolkTX's Facebook page, free. You still own it, and you can use it anywhere else you like. We blur faces of anyone who hasn't agreed to be shown, and we never sell your photo or license it to anyone else. If you change your mind later, email [email protected] and we'll take it down. That stops new use. It can't pull back a share someone already made on Facebook.

I give permission. I have the right to share what I'm sending, and I give PolkTX free, non-exclusive permission to publish it on polktx.com and PolkTX's social media pages, edited to fit (cropped, resized, faces blurred), with the credit I chose above. I keep ownership, and I can ask for it to be taken down at any time. *
