Address, telephone and website confirmed against the shop's own Google Business Profile on 2026-09-12, which also states it is located inside Providence Market. PolkTX briefly published 5060 State Hwy 146 S Suite B here: the Comptroller's sales tax permit gives 5933 and a run of third-party directories gives 5060, and the directories were believed because several of them agreed.
